For shipping there is a blanket contribution of £5 per transaction for all jockey wheels and related products. Winches are charged at £9.99 for 4500 lb winches and 9500lb/11500lb winches are £19.99 – with shipping on all water heaters free.

Your purchase may be subject to export handling charges, customs clearance charge and local customs charge upon arrival in the importing country,  this is not something we can control. The charge on the item will vary depending on the item, the value of the parcel, the parcel contents and the discretion on the guidelines in the delivery country customs.

This affects orders outside the UK Mainland. Customers in Northern Ireland the EU and Worldwide will be affected by some or all these charges.

To place an order outside of the UK, please email [email protected] for a shipping quote. We take debit or credit card over the phone securely using Square payments. 

Although our warehouse and couriers are working as fast and as safely as they can, some orders could experience minor delays. If you can wait an extra few days for your order to arrive before contacting our customer service team, we’d be very grateful.

Typically orders that are received before 10am can be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2-4 days from dispatch. Otherwise, orders will be dispatched the following day.  Orders from Scotland and Northern Ireland will typically take 3-5 days from dispatch.  

Kartt’s warehouse team will always send you tracking information by email.

There may be a slight delay for this but keep an eye out for it in your inbox and please remember to check your spam folder.

All major credit cards are accepted. Please contact us if there’s any concerns on payment. We also accept wire bank transfer for larger orders.

You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods respectively of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
